A consistent synthetic persona workflow. Start with Soul when the job is an identity-led persona rather than a one-off illustration. Soul ID is the companion workflow for retaining a character across sessions; it is not a guarantee of identical output.
Reference-led stories and selective edits. The strongest capability fit in this shortlist for a reference-heavy brief or a clip longer than 15 seconds. Thirty-second output and editing are documented; consistency still needs human inspection.
Deliberate diagrams and designed imagery. Shortlist Pro for an image that depends on labels, composition or several instructions. Google documents text and diagram improvements; every label still needs proofing.
Ordering reflects editorial workflow fit, not an original quality benchmark or paid placement.
A repeatable identity matters more than a single impressive portrait. Change the setting before changing face, lens, wardrobe and lighting all at once.

No. Treat the saved-persona workflow and a raw model endpoint as distinct. The launch Soul 2.0 integration record does not establish arbitrary image-reference input; check the selected studio workflow and preserve a coherent identity sheet.
Our guidance is to compare front, profile and three-quarter scenes against the same identity sheet. Review facial proportions, apparent age, hair, wardrobe and hands. A single convincing portrait does not demonstrate consistency across a series.
